My son purchased a car at this dealer and he has been very happy but unfortuately because we are from another state they have taken longer to get the car registered. The only thing I fault the dealer is that they didn't find out the process in Maryland until at least over a week after my son got the car and and the dealer did not call us to let us know if they recieved the copy of the inspection and after 30 days I had to call the dealership to find out what was going on with the registation of the car! Maryland is one state that is backwards and you have to get the car inspected first then get the registation!!! So even though they didn't know the process in Maryland until after a week, I feel the dealership should of let us know first that they recieved the inspection paperwork and second let us know how long it was going to take and call us to inform us. That is the only thing that I fault the dealership with is lack of communication. Other than that they had a good experience at this dealership. I have to advice anyone when you are buying a car make sure you are going to a certified dealer. We had found a car that we were looking for in another state but after I had put a deposit on a car, we found out that the place was not a certified nissian dealer! They are not governed by the same rules as a real dealership ! You can end up putting yourself in a bad situation by buying a car at a place like that!Good luck everyone. I have a nissian Pathfinder that we brought new in our state and I just love my car and I am planning on buying another nissian for my next car!!! This is the third Nissian for my son and he loved each car that he had! Nissian's are wonderful car's and I would tell anybody to get a Nissian!
